Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

1. No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, prorated returns, or chargeback-based reversals for any service, plan, add-on, or other purchase.

2. Prepaid Services

Our services are generally prepaid. Once payment has been completed and service provisioning has begun or the order has been processed, the payment is non-refundable.

3. Service Availability

Temporary interruptions, maintenance windows, suspensions, or service terminations do not entitle you to a refund. Any remedies, if applicable, are limited to those required by mandatory law.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe an invoice or payment was processed incorrectly, contact support as soon as possible. We will review the issue, but any correction is at our discretion and does not create a right to a refund.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services. We reserve the right to defend valid charges and recover related fees and costs where permitted by law.

6. Exceptions

There are no voluntary refund exceptions. If mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires a refund, only that legal minimum will apply.
